Camper Applications

All camper applications will be submitted online beginning on February 1st, 2026. All applications are date-stamped and time-stamped.

Returning Campers

All returning campers will be automatically accepted as long as they have applied by Friday, February 6th before 11:59pm.  

New Campers

All new campers who apply by Friday, February 6th  before 11:59pm will be entered into a new camper lottery. Students will be sorted by instrument and selections will be made until the instrument section is full.

Note for 6th grade applicants: We ask for a recommendation (Can be accessed here:  6th Grader Recommendation Form) to help maintain a level of playing that allows every student to have a positive and successful camp experience. 6th graders may apply without a recommendation, but their spot will not be secured until one is submitted.

Application Status & Waitlist Policy

A waiting list will be created by pulling the remaining names. All campers who apply after Friday, February 6th after 11:59pm will be put on the waiting list.  Those campers not initially accepted will be placed on a waiting list and notified if space becomes available. Students will be notified via email, if they are accepted or placed on the waiting list, after Sunday, February 8th.

Payment Plan

All students accepted will be notified by e-mail and will have until Sunday, March 1st, 2026 to mail in their $250 deposit to:

Students on the waitlist will be notified by email if space becomes available. 

The complete tuition payment plan is due as follows:

     $250 by March 1 (non-refundable deposit)

     $200 by April 1

     $200 by May 1

     $200 by June 1

     $125 by July 1

NOTE: If your check is not received by Sunday, March 1st, 2026, your spot at camp will be forfeited and filled by the next camper on the waiting list.

After July 1st, all camp fees are nonrefundable.
