Camper Applications

Please read carefully for camper acceptance procedures. 

Cost and Dates

Bellis Music Camp is for musicians 7th - 8th grade  (grade during the 2023-2024 school year) in band and orchestra.

Dates: July 28 - August 3, 2024

Campers: $925*

*No fees due at time of application.

Camper Acceptance Procedures 

All camper applications will be submitted online beginning on March 1st. All applications are date-stamped and time-stamped.


Returning Campers

All returning campers will be automatically accepted as long as they have applied on March 1 before 11:59pm.  

New Campers

All new campers who apply on March 1 before 11:59pm will be entered into a new camper lottery. Students will be sorted by instrument and selections will be made until the instrument section is full. 

A waiting list will be created by pulling the remaining names. All campers who apply after March 1 after 11:59pm will be put on the waiting list.  Those campers not initially accepted will be placed on a waiting list and notified if space becomes available. Students will be notified via email, if they are accepted or placed on the waiting list, after March 18th, 2024.


Payment Plan

All students accepted will be notified by e-mail and will have until Saturday, April 1, 2024 to mail in their $250 deposit to:

Students on the waitlist will be notified by email if space becomes available. 

The complete tuition payment plan is due as follows:

     $250 by April 1 (non-refundable deposit)

     $200 by May 1

     $200 by June 1

     $275 by July 1

NOTE: If your check is not received by Saturday, April 1, 2024, your spot at camp will be forfeited and filled by the next camper on the waiting list.

After July 1st, all camp fees are nonrefundable.
