Please return the application form with a $100 deposit (payable to Bellis Music Camp) to:

The deposit is not refundable. The balance will be due no later than July 1st. If you have any questions, please send an email to info@bellismusiccamp.com.
Applications are accepted on a first come, first served basis until instrumental sections are filled and balanced. Many sections fill up quickly, so please mail in your application form and deposit as soon as possible!

2008 Counselor / Junior Counselor Application form and send it in! All applicants must have attended Bellis Music Camp as a camper!
