Are you a former Bellis camper or staff member from the days of yore or more recent days? Thanks for stopping by! In 2007, Bellis Music Camp celebrated it's 50th anniversary! Please jot a note in our guestbook and/or send an email to webmaster@bellismusiccamp.com! We'd love to hear from you!

Bellis Music Camp was founded in 1957 by music educator, Lawrence Bellis. Its purpose is to serve young musicians by creating an atmosphere where musical and social skills can be combined to bring out the best in each young person. The camp devotes everyday to music making. Campers participate in a variety of ensembles, theory classes, and recreational activities. The week culminates in a concert for the campers' friends and family.
The camp is well-structured and supervised. Our teaching staff is composed of credentialed and highly-qualified educators. We dedicate ourselves to the middle school age student and look forward to seven days of fun, enrichment, and music with our campers.
The camp is currently held at the Angeles Crest Christian Camp in the Angeles National Forest, about 40 minutes from downtown Pasadena.
In the past, the camp has been held in several locations over the years: Pacific Palisades, Bluff Lake (Big Bear), Canyon Meadows (Castaic Lake), and Camp Eaton (Angeles National Forest).
